CLARE, Mich. â Everyone is O.K. after troopers say a woman called 911 to report a man threatening to shoot her with a bow and arrow.
Michigan State Police Mount Pleasant Post received a felonious assault complaint on May 3.
According to troopers, a woman called and said a man was threatening to shoot her with a bow and arrow and was armed with a knife.
Troopers say she was able to escape the home and call police.
Troopers took a 39-year-old Clare man into custody. Family told troopers they suspect was possibly having a mental health episode, and he was transported to Midland for evaluation.

RICHMOND TOWNSHIP A Grand Rapids man was arrested this week during a traffic stop after a “large amount” of suspected heroin and meth was discovered in his vehicle.
At around 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 11, a sergeant with the Michigan State Police Mount Pleasant Post stopped a vehicle for lane use violation and speeding on US-131 near US-10 in Richmond Township.
The driver, a 36-year-old Grand Rapids man, initially gave the sergeant a false name.
His true identity was later confirmed, revealing he had a suspended license and warrants for his arrest.
