One killed after vehicle crashes into mobile home | News, Sports, Jobs

POWERS A Powers woman died early Tuesday morning after her vehicle crashed into a mobile home. Troopers from the Michigan State Police Gladstone Post were dispatched to the intersection of County Road 563 and Tower Road shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday morning after a report of the vehicle crashing into the residence. An investigation determined the vehicle, driven by Natalie Dombrowski, age 21, of Powers, was traveling eastbound on Tower Road at a high rate of speed. The vehicle went through the intersection at County Road 563, left the roadway, and struck the mobile home. Dombrowski, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was transported from the scene to be airlifted to the hospital but succumbed to her injuries prior to being airlifted.

Fatal Crash in Menominee County

ABC 10/CW5 SPALDING TOWNSHIP, Mich (WBUP) – A 21–year–old is dead after her vehicle crashed into a mobile home Tuesday morning. Troopers from the Michigan State Police Gladstone Post were on the scene after the crash. The vehicle was traveling eastbound on tower road, left the road, and hit a mobile home, according to a press release from the Michigan State Police. The driver was going to go to the hospital, but died from her injuries before she could be airlifted. The driver was identified as Natalie Dombrowski from Powers, Michigan. The owner of the residence was home at the time of the crash, but was not injured. Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash. The incident is still under investigation.

Escanaba Daily Press Staff GLADSTONE A man from the Iron Mountain area who broke into the Bark River-Harris School, stole money, and then went directly to the nearby casino earlier this month has been arrested. On Jan. 11, troopers from the Michigan State Police Gladstone Post were dispatched to the school on a report of a break-in. It was discovered that a male suspect had entered the school during the early morning hours that day and found his way to one of the offices. The man then shattered the window in the door to gain access to the office and proceeded to go through a desk. He located a small amount of cash before leaving the school and going directly to the neighboring Island Resort and Casino, where he began gambling the stolen money.

Stuff a Blue Goose - Menominee Stuff a Blue Goose - Menominee Date:  December 18, 2020   The Michigan State Police Gladstone Post is teaming up with the Marinette County Sheriff Department, Jack s Fresh Market and the Salvation Army to Stuff A Blue Goose and provide much needed food donations to families in need for this holiday season. On Friday, Dec. 18 from noon to 6 p.m. CST, troopers will be collecting non-perishable food items at Jack s Fresh Market in Menominee. Additionally, Jack s Fresh Market will be making some pre-packaged bags containing nonperishable food items that you can purchase for donation. At the same, the Marinette County Sheriff Department will be at the Jack s Fresh Market in Marinette (on Roosevelt Rd). The Salvation Army based in Marinette, Wisconsin covers both Marinette, Wisconsin and Menominee, Michigan. So we thought a friendly competition with another police agency would be a great idea to help the local communities in both states!
