FLINT, MI The city and social service agencies are working to help relocate residents of Richfield Court Apartments after the city issued a condemnation notice for the complex Wednesday, Feb. 17.
The city said in a news release Wednesday that in addition to the notice of condemnation, the city has filed a motion for a preliminary restraining order in Genesee Circuit Court “in order to force owners to allow the city access to the property to ensure the safety and welfare of residents.”
