Woman charged in shooting death of N.J. driver, officials say Updated 12:26 PM; A 35-year-old woman shot and killed a man as he was driving his vehicle along a street in New Brunswick on Monday afternoon, officials said. Rhadisha Maurrasse is charged with murder and two weapons offenses after shooting a 46-year-old city man in the neck on Handy Street around 4:30 p.m Monday, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office and an affidavit of probable cause. She was identified by two people who witnessed the shooting, the affidavit said. Delfino Aparicio-Lopez was not the intended target of the shooting, officials said. The target was a passenger in the vehicle who “had prior issues with (Maurrasse),” the partially redacted affidavit said. It didn’t elaborate further.
