Wednesday, Feb. 17
9:47 p.m. Officers responded to a harassment compliant in the 3100 block Fairlane Street.
9:06 p.m. Officers responded to a domestic assault in the 2500 block of Abbott Road.
8:54 p.m. A 39-year-old man called 9-1-1 because he thought he was drugged and taken advantage of the night before. Deputies spoke with the man and his mother that takes care of him full time. The mother said her son has a serious brain injury and hallucinates if he uses drugs with his prescription medicine. The mother said this is an ongoing issue with him and that she is in the process of getting him better help.

Tuesday, Feb. 16
10:49 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a Mount Haley Township residence in reference to a possible domestic assault. A 35-year-old woman reported she was strangled and assaulted by her 33-year-old boyfriend. The man had left the residence prior to deputies arriving, and was not located. The woman suffered minor injuries but refused EMS.

Thursday, Feb. 11
10:29 p.m. Deputies responded to a car-deer crash in Larkin Township.
10:25 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a Larkin Township residence in reference to a 43-year-old woman believing someone had entered her house while she was gone. Deputies checked the residence and nobody was found inside.
10:09 p.m. Deputies responded to a car-deer crash in Homer Township.

MCKINNEY, Texas A Midland man wanted in connection with a shooting in Midland has been arrested in McKinney.
Caleb Robert Oneal, 20, was wanted for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury for a shooting on November 9.
The shooting, which took place at Al s Grocery, left a man and a 13 year old are in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries and a 16 year old in critical condition with life-threatening injuries.
Oneal was taken in my the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the East Texas Fugitive Task Force. Several other agencies like MCSO and MPD also assisted.
Fugitive Gunman Arrested After Three Months on the Run
MIDLAND, TX – After nearly three months of being on the run, Midland police have arrested 20-year-old Caleb Robert Oneal.
Oneal was arrested in McKinney on Tuesday. He is facing two counts of Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon and one count of Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
Oneal was arrested through a combined effort of the USMS Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, the Midland Police Department, the Midland County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Rangers Company E, the USMS East Texas Fugitive Task Force, Texas Rangers Company B, the McKinney Police Department, and the Collin County Sheriff’s Office.
