CHICAGO, Feb. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG®) announces it has signed a definitive agreement to sell the business of its subsidiary, ATG Trust Company, to Midland Trust Company (MTC), a subsidiary of Midland States Bancorp, Inc., of Effingham, Illinois.

KANKAKEE â Hundreds took part in an annual food giveaway Dec. 12 in downtown Kankakee.
The seventh annual Healthy for the Holidays Food Giveaway was the result of a partnership between local nonprofit Still I Rise and BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. About 400 cars passed through the event that was held in the parking lot near the Kankakee Farmerâs Market grounds, 250 S. Schuyler Ave.
Items distributed include 200 free turkeys, 250 fresh produce boxes, 200 boxes of Johnsonville sausages and boxes of nonperishable food items including Pepsi products from sponsors to ensure families in need would have a nourishing meal this holiday season. PPE also was distributed.
Kay Jewelers will be moving into 1,901-square-feet of newly-renovated space in the vacant
Midland States Bank site, which is connected to the
Panera Bread restaurant in the outer ring of the mall property.
