Alexandria firefighters and police officers responded to a report of a shed fire at 322 11th Avenue East at 9:26 p.m. on Monday, April 19.
Because the cause of the fire was unknown at the time, the Minnesota State Fire Marshal’s Office was contacted and will be assisting in the investigation, according to Alexandria Police Chief Scott Kent, who issued a news release on the incident.
At this time, the source and cause of the fire remain unknown, Kent said. No injuries were reported stemming from this incident.
