Indiana man charged with murder in triple homicide
Peru, Ind. (WPTA21) – A 25-year-old Indiana man is now in custody and accused of the slayings of two people and a four-year-old.
Over the weekend, the Indiana State Police and Miami County Sheriff s Office arrested Mitchell Page, of Brookston, Indiana.
According to police, deputies were sent to a home in the Woodland Hills Trailer Court on Friday, May 21 for a welfare check.
That s where officers found the bodies of 26-year-old Jessica Sizemore, 37-year-old Jessiah Hall and four-year-old Rae’Lynn Sizemore.
Investigators believe they had all been shot to death on May 16.
Investigators also found an uninjured 2-year-old boy inside the home. First responders took him to a hospital to get checked out, and he s now in the care of the Indiana Department of Child Services Miami County Division.
Man Arrested For Miami County Triple Homicide
PERU, Ind. A man has been arrested for the murders of three people in Peru, Indiana including a child.
On May 21, 2021, officers from the Miami County Sheriff’s Office were sent to a home at 2834 South 300 West, Lot 137, in Peru, Indiana, for a welfare check. There, police found the bodies of Jessica Sizemore, 26, Jessiah Hall, 37, and four-year-old Rae’Lynn Sizemore.
Mitchell Page, 25, of Brookston, has since been arrested for their deaths. He is now in the Miami County Jail, facing three counts of murder.
All three of the victims lived at the home. Police believe they were shot to death on Sunday, May 16th, 2021.
