Just a stones throw away from Miller Homes’ Millrose development, the housebuilder has frequently supported the school since beginning work on the site. Lammack primary school students have been working at home with the exception of children of key workers, since the third England-wide lockdown was put in place from January 4. Sarah Townsend The housebuilder is moving its regional head office from Newton-Le-Willows to 4,000 sq ft at the Warrington business park, as it adopts flexible working practices trialled during the pandemic. The new office is smaller than the current base as many staff members will continue to work from home this year, and it will also be entirely paperless in a bid to cut waste, the company said. Miller Homes’ Birchwood Park home will house up to 100 staff across 4,154 sq ft of space at 103 Dalton Avenue. The housebuilder has a portfolio of developments ongoing in the region, in Blackburn, Congleton, Warton, Stretford, Clitheroe and Warrington, which it will oversee from the new regional base.
