Wisconsin Warehouse Employee Killed 2 Co-Workers, Then Kills Self, Police Say On 3/17/21 at 11:06 AM EDT An employee at the Roundy s Distribution Center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, killed two co-workers on Wednesday morning before taking their own life, police said. The City of Oconomowoc Police Department said they received a call of a possible industrial accident on Tuesday night around 10:30 p.m., but learned quickly that it was no an industrial play and foul play was involved. Squads from the City of Oconomowoc responded to the scene and located a patient who was pulseless and not breathing. A short time later, a second patient was located who was also pulseless and not breathing. Life saving measures were conducted but were unsuccessful. Both subjects were pronounced deceased at the scene, the department said in a Wednesday statement.
