Suspect arrested after reports of a man hitting women near Marquette University Updated: 03/15/2021 01:18 PM MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) - The Marquette University Police Department has arrested a suspect related to threats and assaults against women in the campus area. This comes after the university issued a safety alert regarding the situation on Sunday, March 14. Officials say the suspect is in custody and charges are pending with the Milwaukee County District Attorney s Office. The name of the suspect has not yet been released.  The man in the photo was issued with the initial safety alert.
