Fishing pros Charlie Ingram and Ray Brazier came to Trumbull County in September to film the episode.
Trumbull County Tourism played host to the crew, taking them to sites that had the potential to draw in visitors to enjoy what we have to offer here in our area.
According to Beth Kotwis Carmichael, executive director of Trumbull County Tourism, “Hosting Fishing U is a great opportunity for the area to highlight our outdoor adventures. The show’s airing in January is also a great segue as the travel industry celebrates “Plan Your Vacation” month. With a national and international audience, we look forward to welcoming visitors to the county, when people are ready to travel again.”
Mosquito Lake isn t the only Trumbull County location featured on the program. Local businesses including Cockeye BBQ, Sunrise Inn and Clubhouse Brewing Co. were also part of the show.
