The Youngstown bank named David Sparacio to the position

David Sparacio Premier Bank has announced the hiring of David Sparacio as senior vice president and chief accounting officer, a new position for the company. Sparacio joins the bank from Memphis, Tenn.-based First Horizon Bank, which has approximately $84 billion in assets. He joined that bank via its acquisition of IBERIABANK in July 2020. He worked for the company nearly nine years, based out of Alabama, and most recently held the title of director of accounting operations. Sparacio, who has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, also is a colonel in the finance corps of the U.S. Army Reserve.
