JBJ95, consisting of Kenta and Kim Sanggyun, has filed a lawsuit to terminate their contracts with their management company, Star Road Entertainment.
On April 15, it was reported that JBJ95 submitted a certification of contents asking for the termination of their exclusive contracts with Star Road Entertainment to the Seoul West Provincial Courts in September last year. The lawsuit was then accepted on April 9.

In the lawsuit, the duo claimed that their agency, Star Road Entertainment, had not given them their own manager for their activities and even forced them to temporarily hire a manager who is not under the company. JBJ95 added that they had to personally manage themselves, hire their own stylists, and schedule their appointments with makeup artists and hairstylists.

JBJ95 s Agency Charged with Fraud and Negligence after Failing to Pay Production Costs
On Feb. 16, it was reported that an event production agency A has filed a criminal lawsuit against JBJ95 s company, Star Road Entertainment, for negligence and fraud. According to the complainant, the South Korean company failed to pay around 70 million KRW (approximately 64,000 USD) in production costs for the organization of JBJ95 s online Japanese fan meetings, which took place on Dec. 20 and Dec. 27 last year.
