KU hunger strike: Two students fall sick, admitted to hospital

Two students of Khulna University, who have been on a hunger strike since Tuesday evening demanding the withdrawal of their suspension order, have been admitted to hospital after they fell sick.
Md Mubarak Hossain Noman, an 18th batch student of KU Bangla Discipline, was taken to Khulna Medical College Hospital (KMCH) this evening while Imamul Islam, a 17th batch student of KU History and Civilization Discipline was admitted to KMCH yesterday, said KU Registrar Prof Khan Golam Kuddus.
Later, two other students Mozahidul of Bangla Discipline and Jubayer Hossain of History and Civilization Discipline started observing the hunger strike instead of the two ill students, Hazra Al Amin, a student of the university told our Khulna correspondent.

Two students of Khulna University, who have been on hunger strike since Tuesday evening, demanding the withdrawal of their suspension order, fell ill this morning.
Imamul Islam, a 17th batch student of KU History and Civilization department and Md Mubarak Hossain Noman, a 18th batch student of KU Bangla department, fell ill this morning as they have been on a hunger strike for the last 65 hours, reports our local correspondent quoting Hazra Al Amin, a fourth year student of the university.
Of the two, Noman was given saline while doctors prescribed medicine to Imamul, said Hazra.
