DTB gets reprieve in Sh1.2bn loans suit against Ugandan Thursday May 06 2021 By VICTOR JUMA Summary Kenyan banking multinational DTB Group has won the first round in its bid to enforce the collection of loans amounting to Sh1.2 billion from Ugandan businessman Hamis Kiggundu. Kampala’s Court of Appeal Wednesday set aside the High Court’s orders that declared the loans provided to Mr Kiggundu illegal because some of them originated from Kenya.
