Poonch Woman Handed Over By PaK Authorities
Srinagar: A woman from Poonch’s Chela Dangri village has been handed over by authorities from Pakistan-administered Kashmir (PaK) after she inadvertently exfiltrated to the other side.
“Zareena Bi from Chela Dangri had crossed over to the other side and has been handed back by PaK authorities today,” Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Poonch Ramesh K Angral told.
He added that the woman was received on this side and further legal formalities are going on.

Police have launched a major investigation across several divisions into the attack on six homeless men, which left four of them dead and two others nursing chop wounds at hospital, between late Sunday night and early Monday morning.

Kathua: In an unfortunate turn of event, an Indian army helicopter force-lands in Jammu and Kashmir s Kathua district.
According to reports, the incident occurred in Lakhanpur area on January 25 in which one of the two pilots injured in the chopper crash succumbed to injuries.
The chopper, which was coming from Pathankot, was forced to make a crash-landing in an Army area in the Lakhanpur belt of the district, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Kathua Shailendra Mishra said.
