Around Rs 56 lakhs looted from bank in Agra; accused absconding ANI | Updated: Dec 16, 2020 09:25 IST Agra (Uttar Pradesh) [India], December 16 (ANI): Four people looted nearly Rs 56 lakhs from a branch of Indian Overseas Bank at Rohta in Agra on Tuesday, police said. Around 5:15 pm in the evening, our police team got informed that four persons had entered the bank and robbed nearly Rs 56 lakh rupees. Upon getting the information, our team reached the spot. We are looking into CCTV footage and investigating the matter, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Babloo Kumar told reporters on Tuesday. The SSP said, Ten teams have been constituted to locate the accused. We have put check posts at the border areas to nab them. As of now, we got to know that the two accused had guns and the other two had knives.

Robber makes away with Rs1.8m after looting ATM in Karachi Investigation underway, robber looted ATM during early morning hours KARACHI: A robber looted around Rs1.8 million from an Automated Teller Machine (ATM), belonging to a private bank, in the Karimabad area of Karachi on Wednesday. The CCTV footage of the incident revealed that the robber opened the ATM, emptied two cash trays present in the machine and left the third as it only contained Rs5,000. Reportedly the suspect took between five to six minutes to rob the ATM. The bank alarm did not go off and the management remained unaware for some time.
