Australians across the country have woken to find mysterious purple balloons floating above their mailbox - with a special gift dangling at the bottom.    Residents in Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Newcastle stepped outside to find balloons lining their streets on Wednesday morning.  While many first thought the decorations were a gift to brighten their day, they soon discovered the real treat was a block of chocolate hidden at the end of the string.   The kind deed was the work of Cadbury, who have gifted a block of their new Breakaway bars to selected residents to mark World Chocolate Day.  Lucky residents in four Australian states were gifted a block of Cadbury s new Breakaway chocolate bars on Wednesday to mark World Chocolate Day
