They were honored – along with other senior volunteers – at a luncheon sponsored by the Hubbard County Senior Council Friday, July 16 at the county fairgrounds. Davies and Noyes will go on to compete for statewide outstanding senior awards at the Minnesota State Fair. Many service organization depend upon volunteers to operate, said Connie Carmichael, executive director of Living at Home of the Park Rapids Area (LAH).
