Dismissing Rajya Sabha MP MJ Akbar s criminal defamation suit against journalist Priya Ramani, a Delhi court on Wednesday ruled that the right to dignity takes precedence over the right to reputation. Ramani had in 2017 accused Akbar of sexual harassment, a charge she reiterated in a tweet in 2018.
