More than 1,000 Grand Canyon University students graduated this Dec. 19, 2020. The university announced four initiatives to help students find jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This weekend, more than 1,000 students graduated from Grand Canyon University. These students are going to be entering the job market during a very difficult time, so the university is launching a four initiatives to help those don’t have a job lined up find opportunities during the pandemic.
The university has created 125 temporary, full-time positions that graduates can work while they look for a more permanent job opportunity, said University President Brian Mueller. The position will be mostly in operational support areas such as financial aid, tech support and tutoring.
