Law Enforcement on Biggar Lane [Crop of a photograph provided by a Round Valley resident]Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Captain Greg Van Patten has confirmed that law enforcement is conducting a marijuana enforcement operation at the 24000 block of Biggar Lane today in Covelo. He told us there are approximately 100 hoop houses at the location.  A Round Valley resident told us they saw over 25 law enforcement personnel at the location. Today’s enforcement operation comes in the wake of last week’s significant marijuana bust in Round Valley that occurred on July 21, 2021. In early July, two separate occurrences of gunfire resulting in significant injuries prompted Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office to ramp up enforcement efforts in the valley.
