It’s now been more than a year since Zoom entered our lives. That’s when most of us were mandated to stay at home and conduct our business from wherever we were able to set up our digital shop.
Like it or not, our kitchens, dens, living rooms, garages, and family rooms became our homemade offices. In fact, I’m writing this from a “home office” that’s actually 2,000 miles from my real office, made possible by the wonders of video conferencing.
I’m certain I’ve had more than enough meetings and job coaching sessions via Zoom to last a lifetime. They can be exhausting. And so, like so many pandemic-inspired words and phrases, the term Zoom Fatigue has become a thing.
