This seems like a never ending occurrence it's time to help my daughter move again. This has been yearly since she originally moved to the Dallas area. We were hoping that this year we could skip it for once.
Muttfest 2021 Is Happening This Year In A New Location
One of the staples of Amarillo has always been Muttfest. It s a day you get to bring your dogs out to the park and have all kinds of fun. Of course, like everything last year it was cancelled. Here we are in 2021 and yes, Muttfest will be happening again.
This is great news. We get to see all of our fur babies in one location. It is so great. I am always so in awe of how great all the dogs seem to get along. It is definitely a fun day here in Amarillo.
We have heard that Chuy's was coming to Amarillo quite a long time ago. Of course things changed once Covid hit. It changed a lot of things for a lot of people. For Chuy's it definitely changed their timeline.
I'm looking to eat healthier and lose a few pounds here in 2021. Nothing crazy. It seems like a never ending battle to find meals. The part that is the toughest for me is lunchtime. I don't have a lot of time. I don't want to spend a lot of money. I want a good meal though. I want something filling too.
What We Eat Leads Us To More Unhealthy Choices
I know it is so hard to stick with eating healthy. Sometimes driving through and ordering a combo is just so much easier than planning our lunches throughout the week at work. Sometimes we even run out of the house without a good healthy breakfast.
We make that quick thought that I can make it until lunch. I got this. You don t though. You get to work and you see snacks all around. There is that box from Donut Stop that is calling out your name. Can you resist? The bad thing about grabbing that donut or even a bag of chips is that it is easy. We know that. It also sets us up for failure.
