RM Williams online sales double in pandemic shift

Boots and outback clothing maker RM Williams has doubled its online sales in the past 12 months amid the structural shift to e-commerce during the pandemic, but is banking on a bricks-and-mortar retailing expansion to drive growth offshore.
Momentum in e-commerce has accelerated in the the past few weeks, and online sales now represent about 15 per cent of RM William’s overall revenue, chief executive Raju Vuppalapati said. It s been close to doubling. The momentum continues, Mr Vuppalapati said.
