The 54-year-old was bailed to appear before Melbourne Magistrates Court on August 26.
The latest charge follows an investigation into several incidents in Prahran in mid-2020 and January 2021.

A police spokesperson said as the matter is before the court it would be inappropriate to comment further.
Earlier this month Laidley launched legal action against Victoria Police over leaked photos of her while in custody last year, claiming they breached a duty of care.
Laidley s legal team alleges the distribution of a mugshot and another of her in an interview room subjected her to humiliation and ridicule .

It is the second suspected murder of a woman in Melbourne on the weekend.
Also on Saturday, a 63-year-old woman was found inside an inner Melbourne apartment in a separate incident.
The woman was dead when police arrived at about 9pm.
Victoria Police say the death is being treated as suspicious and a crime scene was established at the entrance of the apartment on Surrey Road in South Yarra on Saturday.
On Sunday, the unidentified woman s 41-year-old male neighbour was arrested. Police said on Monday morning he had been released pending further inquiries .
