Prosecutors in Colorado said Friday that they will not pursue criminal charges against Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller after he was subject to an investigation by local police.
In a statement, the District Attorney s Office of the 18th Judicial District said the information and materials it received from the Parker police department did not meet the American Bar Association s minimum requirements for filing criminal charges. The Parker Police Department submitted a criminal case against Vonnie B VSean Miller to this office, the statement read. After reviewing all of the materials, the District Attorney s Office of the 18th Judicial District has determined that no charges will be filed in this case.
