The Conlan Co. is the contractor for Imeson Building B, also referred to as Building 200, along 10501 Cold Storage Road in the North Jacksonville business park. “We are starting the building spec,” said VanTrust Executive Vice President John Carey in an email Feb. 9. “We have solid activity but no signed leases” The project is designed on 27.14 acres next to an Amazon.com Inc. fulfillment center.
