A Philadelphia man has been arrested after a Tuesday night shooting in Woodbridge, Virginia, left a man dead in a drug deal gone bad.
Prince William County police said they responded to the 12700 block of Harbor Drive near the Tackett’s Mill shopping center around 9:30 p.m. to investigate a shooting.
Once there, they found Matthew Joseph Costanzo, 22 of Woodbridge, and an 18-year-old woman in the parking lot of the Tackett’s Mill shopping complex. Both had been shot.
A 19-year-old man was found later, also suffering from gunshot injuries.
All three were taken to the hospital. Costanzo died from his injuries soon after.

Officers provided immediate first aid to the victims until rescue personnel arrived. Meanwhile, a 19-year-old man was located on Tacketts Village Square also suffering from gunshot injuries. Officers provided immediate first aid to that man until he and the two victims were taken to an area hospital for treatment, Perok said.  A short time later, Costanzo died of his injuries at the hospital.

One person are dead, and two others wounded after a a shooting at Tacketts Mill shopping center in Lake Ridge.
Prince William police were called to the scene at 9:31 p.m. On Tuesday, December 22, in the 12700 block of Harbor Drive in Lake Ridge to investigate a shooting.
When officers arrived, they initially located two victims, later identified as the deceased and an 18-year-old woman, in the parking lot of the Tackett’s Mill shopping complex suffering from gunshot wounds, said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perot.
Officers provided immediate first aid to the victims until rescue personnel arrived. While officers were tending to the victims, a third victim, later identified as a 19-year-old man, was located on Tacketts Village Square, also suffering from gunshot injuries.
