LONGWOOD Sandra Carol Kelly, 60, peacefully passed away Saturday, Jan. 2, 2021, surrounded by her loved ones in the comfort of her home.
Born Sept. 3, 1960, Carol lived a long and wonderful life admired and loved by many. She is now in the arms of her family and friends that left her before her time.
She attended culinary school at Horry-Georgetown Technical College, where she graduated and went on to build her career. Starting her career as a waitress, she quickly moved her way up to becoming a chef, eventually managing her own kitchen staff.
Carol was a loving wife to her husband of 23 years, Donald Kelly; loving mother to her four children, Johnathan Barbour, Matthew Barbour, Oren Aleman and Christopher Barbour, who preceded her in death. She was a loving grandmother to seven grandchildren.
