By Mike Kinney The 11-year-old girls who were reported missing in Richmond Thursday afternoon and were found safely later in the day reportedly boarded a BART train at the Richmond station and rode it to Berryessa Station, the last station in North San Jose, according to police. While there, “They knocked on a front door of a local resident’s home in North San Jose because they were getting cold,” Richmond police Lt. Matthew Stonebraker said. “The resident called the San Jose Police Department and the two girls were returned home safely and reunited with their families.” No further details were provided.
