Free webinar offered for parents of teens struggling with remote learning

Krista Sherinian of Dunham Counseling in Naperville will present a free program for parents of teens on Ways to Improve Learning Remotely.
The program will address helping students to improve executive function and students mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The program will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 17, via Zoom.
Sherinian will offer tips on better establishing routines, uses of consequences and rewards and ways to improve students physical and emotional health considering the stressors of the pandemic.
The program will include a 45-minute talk by Sherinian followed by an open question-and-answer period.
