Congress leader Digvijaya Singh cast aspersions on the intelligence agencies for failing to gather inputs on the bomb blast near the Israel embassy in Delhi while condemning the incident on Sunday. Terming the intelligence failure as shameful , the Congress leader alleged that the agencies were only gathering information and derailing the ongoing farmers protests in the national capital and around its borders.
