A Decorah woman could finally get her day in court on claims that automaker Ford wrongfully repossessed her car in 2010 and then refused to give it back for more than six months.
The Iowa Court of Appeals overturned a district court decision barring Shannon Duncan from seeking punitive damages in her ongoing legal fight against Ford Motor Credit Co., the automobile finance arm of the Michigan manufacturer.
