SIOUX CITY (KTIV) – Western Iowa Tech Community College is facing a second federal lawsuit.
Nearly a dozen more students are in lawsuit against college for alleged forced labor and human trafficking.
In May 2019, Western Iowa Tech Community College started a J1 Visa program.

According to the lawsuit, foreign exchange students could study and do an internship related to their field in which they would not work more than 32 hours a week.
The group of students claims they were victims of “labor smuggling,” and the school did not do what they were promised.
