LCMC Health has established a Neuroscience Institute at West Jefferson Medical Center. A news release describes the Institute as the first of its kind in the Gulf South, with a team of physicians, researchers and educators collaborating to help people suffering from conditions such as Parkinson’s, stroke, brain tumor, or back and spine conditions. It’s been a long year, really.”
