The Walworth County Sheriff’s Office arrests a 56-year-old Janesville man armed with two loaded handguns who said he was going to kill someone in Elkhorn over a broken snowplow part. Janesville police responded to a reported domestic incident at a West Memorial Drive home just before 11:30 a.m. December 9th. They were told that David K Krause had left the house and wanted to kill someone in Elkhorn who had made snowplow repairs. According to a news release, Krause was stopped on December 9th on County H in the town of Sugar Creek on the way to Elkhorn. He had two loaded handguns, as well as other weapons.
