A man was taken to hospital after suffering serious injuries following a stabbing in Balsall Heath.
Paramedics were called to Birchwood Road following an incident at 9.49am today (Monday).
An ambulance, paramedics officer and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance were called to the scene.

Paramedics and police were called to Birchwood Crescent, Balsall Heath.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said a man had suffered serious stab injuries.
The air ambulance landed Balsall Heath Park at around 9.45am, Monday, May 17.
Shafron Ali took a video of the helicopter taking off.
He also took pictures which showed air ambulance paramedics leaving the helicopter and walking to the scene.

Firefighters, police, paramedics and specialist water rescue teams descended on a Staffordshire river following reports a body had been seen in the water.
