Silent Snow Sports for Suicide Prevention is designed to aid in mental health through cardiovascular exercise and fresh air. Interested parties can participate any place anytime on the week of Feb. 7. “Everyone is welcome to join in on the sports or just donate,” said Amy Poirier, the Great Lakes Recovery Centers Foundation coordinator. The proceeds will benefit the West End Suicide Prevention and LIVE campaign. Those who are interested can register for $10 online for a free mask or register via phone.
