Two Pembroke residents were arrested on Friday, May 7 and are facing drug-related charges. The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said Ashley Ann Miles, 33, and Shane Dennis Towns, 44, both of Pembroke, have both been charged with cocaine trafficking, cocaine possession for the purpose of trafficking and oxycodone possession for the purpose of trafficking. A motor vehicle was also searched in accordance with the search warrant. Police said during the search they located and seized a quantity of drugs, drug paraphernalia, cash and cell phones.
