Spring Market in Hudson returns this weekend with goods from, Worcester’s Crust Bakeshop, Berlin’s Balance Rock Farms and goat milk soap from Princeton Updated 11:10 AM; Facebook Share The Spring Market returns to Hudson this weekend, featuring goods from Worcester, Berlin and, of course, Hudson. The Market opens Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hudson Town Hall on Main Street. Masks are required to attend the event, which has been organized to create a one-way walkthrough. This year’s event will include Balance Rock Farm, providing meat and dairy products from Berlin, as well as baked goods from Crust Bakeshop in Worcester.
