Former high school principal pleads not guilty

Former high school principal pleads not guilty ZANESVILLE, Ohio A former high school principal is pleading not guilty to three counts of illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity oriented material. 49-year-old Henry Jackoby was arraigned Wednesday on the third degree felony counts. The charges stem from an alleged incident in November. In a separate case, Jackoby previously pleaded not guilty to one count of tampering with evidence in connection to a sexual assault investigation. His trial in that case is scheduled for June 17. Jackoby in December was placed on administrative leave from Maysville Local Schools, and he resigned in February.
