A man accused of firing 29 bullets throughout a Hillsdale apartment complex during an altercation with a neighbor on June 29 has been arrested and charged with attempted murder, among 24 other charges.
Luke Stolarzyk, 32, now faces an attempted murder charge, in addition to charges for reckless endangerment, unlawful use of a weapon, criminal mischief and attempt to commit a felony, after he allegedly chased a neighbor around and fired off several rounds with an AR-15 rifle in and around the Stephens Creek Crossing apartments in Southwest Portland during the early morning hours of June 29.

Gunfire erupted around 1:30 a.m. on June 29 near the Stephens Creek Crossing apartments on Southwest 26th Way. Witnesses told police a man, later identified as 32-year-old Luke Stolarzyk, fired 29 shots from a rifle around the complex following an argument with a neighbor.
No one was wounded or even struck by the gunfire, according to police.

Police: Juvenile caused over $46K in damage during NYE riot in downtown Portland
PORTLAND, Oregon (KPTV) A juvenile is facing multiple charges in connection with damage that occurred during a riot in downtown Portland on New Year’s Eve.
Police said a juvenile suspect, who has not been identified, was arrested during the riot on Dec. 31, 2020, and booked on an existing warrant.
Central Precinct’s Neighborhood Response Team was able to gather surveillance video from several locations that showed the suspect committing criminal acts, according to police.
Police said the suspect was identified as being responsible for over $46,000 in damage at multiple locations in downtown Portland.
