LeSauk Township shooting victim in stable condition

Times staff report View Comments LESAUK TOWNSHIP   A Sartell man is in stable condition after he was found shot in the neck early Tuesday morning, according to a release from the Stearns County Sheriff s Office. The shooting took place outside a residence on the 32000 block of River Oaks Lane, according to the release, in LeSauk Township near southeast Sartell, The Benton County Sheriff s Office, the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force and police departments from Sartell, Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud responded to the incident, according to the release. The Stearns County Sheriff s Office previously stated they do not believe the shooting was a random incident and that the public is not in danger.

Man Accused of Selling Meth In St Cloud

Stearns County Jail (KNSI) – A man is accused of selling methamphetamine in the St. Cloud area. The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force says that they recovered more than seven ounces of meth from Trent Marc Tullis throughout a two-month investigation. The 52-year-old St. Cloud man allegedly sold the drugs to confidential informants near an apartment located in the 1100-block of 4th Avenue South. According to the criminal complaint, on March 8, the task force executed a search warrant on the apartment and allegedly seized almost six ounces of meth. Tullis has been charged with possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and possession of drugs in the third degree. His bail was set at $175,000.

St Cloud man charged with first-degree drug possession

CLOUD A St. Cloud man faces first degree drug charges after law enforcement began investigating him in February, according to a complaint filed in Stearns County court. Trent Marc Tullis, 52, is believed to have sold methamphetamine in the St. Cloud area, the complaint said. Over the course of its two-month investigation, the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force recovered about 206 grams of meth and a small amount of heroin from Tullis, the complaint said. Over the course of several weeks, the task force used confidential informants to purchase meth from Tullis near an apartment located at 1100 4th Avenue South, the complaint said.
