Lumen Field Vaccination Site Now Accepting Walk-Up Patients

Copied! Seattle Mayor Jenny A. Durkan announced on Monday that anyone who lives or works in King County can now get a COVID-19 vaccine at Lumen Field, as well as Seattle s Rainier Beach and West Seattle vaccine sites, without an appointment. While appointments are still available and are recommended, they are no longer required for those seeking a first or second dose. We ve reached a turning point in our vaccination efforts: Now anyone who wants a vaccination in Seattle and King County can get one. If you have already been vaccinated, be a good neighbor

Despite Biden s ban of menthol cigarettes, getting Blacks to quit smoking remains a challenge

It gives the Food and Drug Administration authority to regulate the manufacture, distribution, and marketing of tobacco products. Bezotte said, in a release, that even as other states loosen COVID regulations and restrictions, Michigan continues to impose new arbitrary limitations that now extend to the youngest Michiganders.
