On Monday, State College Borough Council passed ordinance 21-55 making changes to their COVID-19 temporary emergency COVID-19 ordinance.
The guideline of mask wearing is still required indoors regardless of vaccination status.
Residences can now host up to 25 people inside or outside while outdoor gatherings in parks and municipal property have been increased to 50 people, up from 25.
