Police looking for suspects in catalytic converter thefts at Carl s Furniture
Carl’s Wholesale Furniture Warehouse has reported four missing catalytic converters recently, stolen from company trucks at its location in the New Hartford Shopping Center.

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. – Carl’s Wholesale Furniture Warehouse has reported four missing catalytic converters recently, stolen from company trucks at its location in the New Hartford Shopping Center.
The furniture store has been renting trucks to make deliveries, because the company trucks are extremely loud without the converters.
These valuable vehicle parts are often stolen because they are typically made from precious metals, including platinum.
