Martinez, 37, of Ocean Township in possession of hard drugs. Collins, specifically, was found with Ecstasy and drug paraphernalia. Martinez was found with Heroin and drug paraphernalia. Both were then arrested and brought to the police station for processing. Collins is charged with Possession of Ecstasy, Possession with the Intent to Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Martinez is charged with Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Evidence.
