And he made his debut by, for the first time in the history of the Sitting of the House of National Assembly, engaging Standing Order Twenty-Two for which he was granted leave to make a personal explanation.  And after that brief presentation about his commitment to reform and change, he took his place next to his three colleagues, Hugo Patt; Tracey Panton and Patrick Faber. Notably, Faber was about ten minutes late and when he walked in didn’t greet Barrow nor Patt – he walked to his seat and greeted Panton – the only other member who didn’t sign the letter to remove him as Leader of Opposition.
